The water originates from Saint Jana[2] from the Žumberak mountains in Croatia.[3] Its taste is described as "smooth with appealing freshness and silky texture".[4] It entered the market of North America in 2006.[5]

It was awarded Prestigious Eauscar Award for "Highest Quality" at Aqua-Expo in Paris in 2005.[6] The brand is certified carbon-free.[7]
