Janice E. Nevin (born July 12, 1960) is an executive who in 2014 became President and CEO of ChristianaCare Health System.[1][2] She is the first woman to be the head of Delaware's largest hospital system.[3]
Early life
Nevin was born on July 12, 1960.[4] She always wanted to become a doctor. She attended Harvard University as an undergraduate, and later Thomas Jefferson University medical college.[3]
Career
In the early stages of her career Nevin initially entered family medicine and was the residency director at Sidney Kimmel Medical College.[3] She also earned a Masters in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.[5]
Personal life
Nevin enjoys yoga and reading. She has two daughters.[3]
