Japan-Flanders, also referred to as the Japanese-Flemish Empire is a proposed Dual Monarchy, and ideally a constitutional monarchy. The idea behind this is that hard-working Flemish people of Belgium (Flanders) who are conservative and mostly right-wing split off from the socialist south of Belgium (Wallonia) and form a new nation. However, because the neighbouring countries of Flanders are mostly hostile and non-aligned to Flemish ideals, an union with Japan should be established. Japanese themselves align mostly with Flemish ideals, combined with the aging population of both nations, could serve as a fresh boost of economy, culture and morale. This would also include limiting the inpouring of refugees and a more quality over quantity approach that Japan has been known for.
