Jargalsaikhan Bayarsaikhan (Mongolian: Жаргалсайхан Баярсайхан, born March 14, 1987) is a Mongolian ice hockey and bandy player, currently playing for Zaluus San. He scored Mongolia's first goal in a 10–1 loss against Luxembourg in the 2007 IIHF World Championship Division III. He also played for the Mongolian national team and represented his country at the Asian Winter Games and the IIHF Challenge Cup of Asia.
