Jason Hardrath (b. December 1988) is an American ultrarunner, triathlete, mountain guide, and public school teacher. Hardrath began pursuing mountainous Fastest Known Time (FKT) records in 2018.[1], prior to the boom in FKT participation due to Covid-19 shutdowns[2].

Hardrath first gained notoriety in 2021 for being the first person to have held 100 FKT records[3][4] and with the release of a short film "Journey to 100" chronicling that pursuit. He set a wide array of fastest times and first attempts at routes such as the Mt. Rainier Infinity Loop in Washington State, Norman's 13 in the Sierra Mountains of California, and most notably the "Bulgers List" of Washington's 100 tallest peaks in under 51 days[5][6]. Hardrath is known to be a vocal advocate of the sporting pursuit of Fastest Known Times, talking about ADHD, the positive benefits of goal setting, facing setbacks, and getting out in nature as a guest on podcasts[7][8]

Professionally, Hardrath has taught Elementary Physical Education in Bonanza, Oregon and competed as an athlete for Athletic Brewing Company[9] during his pursuit of FKT speed records.
