Jason Mattheus Henshaw (born November 13, 1997) is an American singer and songwriter.[1] Henshaw got his start in the music industry when his song, "Calabasas Rose" was featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.[2]
Early life
Henshaw was born on November 13, 1997 in Fort Worth, Texas to Josh and Jamie Henshaw. Henshaw was raised alongside a younger brother, Justin. Henshaw graduated from Mountain Ridge High School and attended Grand Canyon University.[2] Henshaw competed in basketball growing up.[3]
Career
Henshaw had his industry breakthrough when his second single, "Calabasas Rose" was featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.[2] During this time, Henshaw developed musical competency through his university studies[3] and began to work professionally in Los Angeles, California.[4]
