Jason Moffat is a Canadian geneticist and cancer scientist at the University of Toronto and The Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto). He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.[1]
Moffat is known for the development of Canada's first genome-wide CRISPR gRNA lentiviral library called the Toronto Knockout (TKO) for functional genomic screening of human cells, targeting all human coding genes.[2]
