Jasper Sharp
Jasper Sharp is a Japanese film scholar known for his books *Behind the Pink Curtain* (2008), *Midnight Eye Guide* and *The Historical Dictionary of Japanese Cinema* (2011). Jasper directed his first feature film with Tim Grabham in 2015 entitled *The Creeping Garden*, which is an award-winning documentary about slime mould. Along with Tom Mes, Jasper formed the website Midnight Eye, a historically important resource bringing Japanese cinema to the west.
