Javed Khan (جاويد خان) is a British actor born December 11th 1955 in Karachi, Pakistan.[1]

Early Life[edit]

Javed migrated with his father at the age of eight to Leeds in West Yorkshire, England.[2] He studied Printmaking at the Bradford College of Art. He moved to London in 1977 where for many years he had a career as a fine artist, working in oils until 1988; he then moved into advertising as a Graphic Artist prior to taking up acting in 2006 to present.

Career[edit]

He is known for his role as the reclusive fictitious actor ‘Sajid Hussain’ in Adha Cup 2009. Pack of Pain winner of the Phoenix 2010 comicon award for Best Action Film. Musafir was nominated Best UK Short at Raindance Film Festival 2013. Tehzeeb winner of Royal Television Society Best National Undergraduate Drama 2016. Aake won the Times of India KAFTA award -2017, for Best Adapted Screenplay. Pour Vivre Heureux winner of NIFFF for Best Film 2018.
