Jaxay Shah[1] is an Indian businessman and entrepreneur, and the Managing Director of the Savvy Group, a prominent real estate development company based in Mumbai, India. He is also a member of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Early Life and Education[edit]

Jaxay Shah was born and raised in Mumbai, India. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. He then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA.

Career[edit]

After completing his education, Jaxay Shah joined the Savvy Group[2], founded by his father Mr. Paresh Shah, in 2001. He started his career with the company as a Marketing Manager and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Managing Director. Under his leadership, the Savvy Group has grown into one of the leading real estate development companies in India, with a strong presence in Mumbai, Pune, and Bangalore.

Apart from his work with the Savvy Group, Jaxay Shah is also actively involved in the real estate industry in India. He is a member of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He has also served as the President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) in the past.

Personal Life[edit]

Jaxay Shah is married and has two children. He is known for his passion for sports and fitness and is an avid cricket and football fan.

Recognition[edit]

Jaxay Shah has been recognized for his contributions to the Indian real estate industry. In 2018, he was awarded the 'Young Achiever of the Year' award at the 10th Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Awards, and was also named among the 'Top 100 influential leaders in Indian Real Estate' by Realty+ magazine. He has also been featured in various business publications and media outlets, including Forbes India, Economic Times, Business Standard, and CNBC TV18.
