Fogleman has formerly raced in the NASCAR Busch Series and the X-1R Pro Cup Series. He is the father of Tate Fogleman, who currently races in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series. NASCAR Busch SeriesIn 1989, Fogleman raced Busch legend Sam Ard's #5 Buick in six events. He had 2 DNF's and a best finish of 11th at Hickory Speedway. In 1990 he signed with Huffman Racing to drive the 77 Buick at South Boston Speedway, finishing 11th. He drove the 29 at Rougemont Speedway and Martinsville Speedway, a Pontiac. He posted a DNF and a 13th-place finish. In 1991 Fogleman returned to Ard's team in 4 events. He got his first top 10, an 8th at South Boston Speedway, and followed it up with another 8th at Martinsville Speedway. In 1992 he drove the 00 Pontiac in 3 events, with two engine failures. After skipping 1993, he returned in 1994. He only drove 1 race at Martinsville Speedway in the 95. He finished 33rd in his Buick, out after 46 laps due to an oil leak. He made his return to the series after a 6-year absence in 2000 at South Boston Speedway in Steve Husketh's 86 Ford. He qualified for his first 2 attempted races but missed the next 6 events, and never got inside a Busch Series car again.[1]
