Jiang You (born 1980) known as Jay Jiang You, is a Chinese businessman, and investor. He is founder and CEO of Nano Nuclear Energy.[1][2][3]

Early life and education[edit]

[1]Jiang You was born in 1980, Taishan, Guangdong, China. The first years, his family immigrated to New York City, United States. He grew up on the Upper West Side, Manhattan, he attended various schools, Sarah Smith Garnet Elementary School, and Columbus Academy. He worked full time in the restricted funds department at Columbia University, and he was promoted to Business Manager of the History Department. He studied psychology at the City College of New York. Jiang You is bilingual in English and Taishanese. [4][5]

Career[edit]

[1]His first years as an employee in companies were as an analyst at Deutsche Bank on Wall Street. In 2017 he founded Nano Nuclear Energy, a US nuclear technology company. In 2023 he founded LIS Technologies, a company that focuses on patented laser technology for isotope separation. He was founder of the non-profit organization, LunarNYC, based in New York. Jiang You was named as one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business on the Award's 20th Anniversary. He executed and raised $15,000 for the 2023 Lunar New Year celebration.[6][7][8][9]
