Lord Shri Ayyappa, the presiding deity of Sabarimala is worshiped by millions of devotees from all over India. Akhila Bharatha Ayyappa Seva Sangham, Ahmedabad Unit Charitable Trust (Registration No E3740/ Ahmedabad dated 17/05/1973) is the outcome of the ardent desire of Ayyappa devotees and was registered with the ideas of assisting pilgrims to Sabarimala, creating a serene place for devotees to offer prayers, feeding the poor, helping the poor and need to get education and medical aid to the extent possible. After the completion of temple constructions our attention has turned to the next aim of rendering affordable education to the poorest of the poor and needy to the extent possible by starting a School. Thus the school named Tatwamasi Vidyalaya, located near Mahakali Temple, Sola Ognaj Road, Ognaj, Ahmadabad 380060 was established in the year 2006 at an environmentally beautiful land spread over 3.5 acre. Started with classes upto 2nd standard in Gujarati medium and 1st standard in English medium with about 16 students enrolled, the school has now classes upto 12th standard in Gujarati medium and 12th standard in English medium with a total strength of 1500 during the academic year 2020-21.. The School has introduced E-sense learning system from the academic year 2011-2012. The locality in which the school exists falls under economically weaker sections and keeping the objective of the Trust to provide affordable education for all, very nominal fees are collected.
