Jean-Pierre Louyebo

Jean-Pierre Louyebo is a Congolese diplomat who has been Congo-Brazzaville's Ambassador to Algeria since 2012. Previously he served as Ambassador to Russia, presenting his credentials to Russian President Boris Yeltsin on 31 August 1999.[1]
Louyebo presented his credentials to Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika in November 2012.[2]
