From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Jean Wills (born 1924) is a model who became Miss Southern California of 1948 and Mrs. Southern California of 1949.

On January 27, 1952, she was arrested by Burbank, California police on a charge of disturbing the peace. Her sister, Dorothy Nemetz, of Whittier, California, was taken into custody at the same time, when the two women struggled with John H. Wills, estranged husband of Jean Wills. The argument concerned the custody of the couple's daughter, Ginger, then age 2.[1] On February 13, 1952, three complaints related to the family fight were dismissed by the Burbank Municipal Court. Jean and John Wills were reconciled and abandoned divorce proceedings.[2] The Wills resided at 525 North Avon Street in Burbank.[3]
