Prince Jean de Royan, born Jean Antoine Philippe Rainier Marie on
April 18, 2005, is since 2021 the hereditary duke of Royan and by his title Count of Olonne.Biography[edit]
Family[edit]
Jean de Royan is the second son of Prince Jérôme (1972-2021), and his wife Eugénie Brown (1973), of British nationality.
The prince has a half-sister named Isabelle[1], born on December 1992, 24Expression error: Unrecognized word "december". invalid day, from a relationship outside marriage between her father and Anne-Lise Duchatel. And is the brother of the current Duke of Royan the Prince Georges, born on December 2001, 3Expression error: Unrecognized word "december". invalid day.
Heir of Royan[edit]
His father died prematurely of Covid-19 in 2021, his older brother Prince Georges not being married and having no legitimate child, Prince Jean became the heir presumptive to the title[2].
