Born on June 17th, 2008 in Oceanside Cali, and surfing since the age of three. Jeanette Gump is a surfer who surfs for the top company World Surf League. Jeanette Lives in Temecula CA, and lives with her 2 parents and 5 siblings. She is an American/Hawaiian/Latino Surfer. Gump is one of WSL's youngest qualifying surfers for NSSA. Jeanette Gump is a Pro Surfer and has been sponsored by BillaBong, Lost, Go Pro, RVCA, Cliff Bar, and Rip Curl. Gump Has been surfing at a young age. Beforehand Gump was adopted by Lindsey and Edward Gump at 2. She is the first surfer to receive Team USA’s Best of April Award, which recognizes the outstanding achievements of prospective Team USA Olympic athletes. “Jeanette is one of those top athletes that from when she was 10 old it was obvious that she was going to be world high.” said USA Surfing head coach Chris Stone. “Not if, but when. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for her.” According to the WSL Gump is one of the youngest to ever land a 180/360.However in Snowboarding Gump can achieve 540's which won her Top 5th in the snowboarding games for redbull and shakeout games
