Jeffrey S. Novick, MS, RDN, LDN (October 15, 1958), is a vegan nutritionist and dietitian with contributing roles in the clinical and teaching work of several prominent vegan and vegetarian health resources. He has been Director of Nutrition at the Pritikin Center in Aventura, Florida. He also has been Vice President of the Board of the Directors and Director of Health Education for the National Health Association (NHA)[1] and the American Natural Hygiene Society and an adjunct professor in the School of Health Sciences for Kaplan University. He advocates evidence-based low-fat, plant-based vegan diets.
