Jeffrey, Kentucky
Jeffrey is an unincorporated community in Monroe, Kentucky, United States. According to postal records in the National Archives, the community was named when a U. S. Post Office was established March 10, 1903, in the home of Peyton Jerome Jeffrey[s], who served as the community’s first postmaster.
