Jennifer B. Kahnweiler PhD CSP is an American author, writer and professional motivational speaker.[1] She is well known for her work and research about the introverts. She is currently regarded as one of the finest global leadership speakers on introverts at workplaces and also advocates for the rights of introverts.[2]
Career[edit]
Jennifer obtained her PhD degree in counseling and organizational development from the Florida State University.[3] She also obtained degree in the field of sociology and counseling from the Washington University, St. Louis. She also serves as a professional member of the National Speakers Association and also holds the designation of certified speaking professional.
Jennifer has published many articles and 4 books about introverts. Her books such as The Introverted Leader, The Genius of Opposites and Quiet Influence have been deemed as bestsellers and they have also been translated into 18 different languages.[4] She published her fourth book based on introverts titled Creating Introvert-Friendly Workplaces in June 2020.[5]
She has featured in prominent magazines such as Forbes, The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Time, Fortune and The Wall Street Journal and has also been invited as a guest in over 100 podcasts.[6] In addition, she has also delivered online presentations and motivational speeches often about introverts for over a decade. She has also worked with prominent organisations to discover and unleash the talented introverts through keynotes and conversations.[7]
