'Jennifer Moon is a Los Angeles-based conceptual artist and life artist. She was born in Lafayette, Indiana, and received her BA and Master's degrees from UCLA and Art Center College of Design. Moon held her first solo art display in 1996, and her work was consistently exhibited till 2002. The multidisciplinary artist's work focuses on self-empowerment through "The Revolution," a movement she coined. Through the Revolution, Moon combines queer science, self-help, fantasy, and the intensely personal to communicate their unique vision with the public through performances, videos, writing, and sculpture. Principle 1 of The Revolution Definition of Abundance (2012) [5] and Where I Learned of Love (2012) [6] were published in 2012 as part of an exhibition at Commonwealth and Council, a Los Angeles art gallery (2012). Moon released The Book of Eros as part of her contribution to the Hammer Museum's Made in LA Biennial show in 2014. (2014). Moon has hosted a monthly radio program on KCHUNG Radio since 2012, initially known as Adventures Within and now renamed Adventures With You. She discusses love, bodily issues, race, trauma, and politics. Moon put six video cameras in her house and car in 2014-2015, which stream 24 hours a day to the Equitable Life Building lobby's public space. Moon received a 2013 CCF Fellowship and the Moan public appreciation award at the Hammer Museum's Made in LA show in 2014.
