Jenny Esber (Arabic: جيني اسبر) (born 20 August 1980) is a Syrian actress and model.
Early life and career
Esber was born and raised in Donetsk, Ukraine to a Syrian father of Armenian descent and a Ukrainian mother.[1] She began her career as a model. At the age of 17, Esber moved with her family to live in Syria, and her acting career started in 2001 when she appeared in the short movie Dancing With The Sun.[2] She also appeared in several commercials as well.
She notably starred in many TV shows, including Sabaya, Haramlek, Yawman Ma and many more.
Personal life
In 2008, Esber married the Syrian producer Emad Dahya, and they had their only daughter in April 2013, Cindy. She was named after American model Cindy Crawford.[3] Esber and Dahya divorced in 2015.[4]
