Jess Like Me is an American comedy television series created by Alexandra Grey.[1] The plot centers on an aspiring actress & singer who struggles to make it in Hollywood, while having to be the rock for her very odd circle of friends.[2] The series was one of many projects filmed at the Los Angeles LGBT Center. The show ran for two seasons and starred a transgender actress in a non-trans role. Filming took place in October of 2012 in Los Angeles and the series was released on February 13th, 2013. [3] [4]
