Jessie Maltin
Jessica Maltin is a film critic and podcaster. She is best known for co-hosting Maltin on Movies with her father, Leonard Maltin.
Early life
Jessie Maltin was born in Los Angeles, California to father Leonard Maltin.[1] She studied jazz voice at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.[2]
Career
She co-hosts the podcast Maltin on Movies with her father.[3] When Maltin and her father discovered that South by Southwest, a media festival, was canceled in 2020 over coronavirus health concerns, they reached out to 35 filmmakers from around the world, asking anyone who was scheduled to screen at SXSW to connect with them via email or social media.[4]
Personal life
She suffers from lupus.[5] She commonly dyes her hair in rainbow colors.[citation needed]
