Jfokus

Jfokus is an annual conference in Sweden for people working with Java development.
Jfokus was first held in January 2007 with over 450 participants and with SICS as one of the main organisers. The two-day conference in 2008 attracted more than 650 participants. Over the years, the conference has grown and today attracts more than 2000 participants.
From 2011, Jfokus was expanded with a course/university day with longer and more in-depth lectures and practical sessions.
Premises over the years[edit]
The first years of Jfokus were spent at Electrum in Kista. In 2009 and 2010 the conference was organised at Filmstaden Sergel.
From 2011, the conference has been held at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre in central Stockholm, where it has remained ever since.
The exception is 2021 when the conference was held as a 1-day online conference
