Jill Murphy (born 1983)[citation needed] is an Irish actress who studied with the Dublin Youth Theatre before graduating from the Gaiety School of Acting in 2001.[citation needed]
Her first role was at the age of 10, when she appeared as Caroline in the BBC series Family (1994).[citation needed] Murphy later appeared in Let's Pretend (1997), produced by the Dun Laoghaire College of Art and Design,[1] and an episode of TG4's Oscailt (1998).[2] She has subsequently appeared in RTÉ productions, including portraying young drug addict Candy in Fair City (2002),[3] Mary in No Tears (2006),[4] and Claire in Stardust (2006).[5] Murphy also had a role in Stephen Burke's feature film Happy Ever Afters (2010).[5][6]
