JoAnna Farrer
JoAnna Farrer is an American violinist and Witch, originally from Houston, Texas. A graduate of the Juilliard School, she studied with former New York Philharmonic concertmaster Glenn Dicterow, as well as Itzhak Perlman, Patinka Kopec, and Pinchas Zukerman.[1][2]
Farrer is a member of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and has toured with the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, National Arts Centre Orchestra.[3] With her husband, Darryl Kubian, she is the co-founder of the Artemis Concert Series in northeastern Vermont.[4] She has performed as a Celtic folk musician with Natalie Haas, Andy Lamy, and the Celtic trio, The Reelies.[5][6][7]
A practicing Wiccan since age 12, Farrer is the Assistant High Priestess of North Wyldewood Coven, based in New York City.[8][9]
