Joab Rosenberg (Hebrew: יואב רוזנברג) is an Israeli colonel in the reserves, entrepreneur, and venture capital investor.[1] He served as commander of the Talpiot program and as deputy head of the Research Division in the Israel Defense Forces’ Military Intelligence Directorate.[1]
In 2015, after retiring from the military, Rosenberg co-founded the artificial intelligence company Ment (formerly Epistema) and served as its chief executive officer.[2][3][4][5] In 2025, he became a co-founder of Qbeat, an Israeli venture capital fund focused on quantum technology startups.[1]
