Jocco's Mardi Gras Madness was a dark ride at Six Flags New Orleans, built by the Sally Corporation. It was one of the most popular rides in the park. It ran from 2000 through the park's closing in 2005.[1]
The ride had animatronics on the roof to attract visitors. After Hurricane Katrina struck the park, the sign fell off, the animatronics disappeared, and the ride was gutted.
Summary[edit]
Guests board one of five four-person vehicles and are armed with laser guns that you use to defend New Orleans from Jocco's forces.
Story[edit]
An evil jester named Jocco orders his crew of the undead to disrupt Mardi Gras by stealing all the beads and golden doubloons in New Orleans, and hauling their loot off into the swamps for Jocco's own private Mardi Gras Parade.
