Jody Baldwin (born 11 June 1983) is a British actress who began her career playing Cher Coates[1] in the BBC TV show Byker Grove.
Career[edit]
Jody Baldwin started her career by playing fan favourite Cher from 1996-2000 in the popular British children’s TV series Byker Grove, the character Cher returned in 2003 when she started working as a youth leader at the Grove.
After leaving Byker Grove, she went on to star as love interest Gemma in the hit film Purely Belter[2][3][4], followed by a cameo in School for Seduction[5] and returned to the screen in the 2014 British Horror film Bloodless.[6]
