Jody Baldwin (born 11 June 1983) is a British actress who began her career playing Cher Coates[1] in the BBC TV show Byker Grove.
Career
Jody Baldwin started her career by playing fan favourite Cher from 1996–2000 in the popular British children’s TV series Byker Grove, the character Cher returned in 2003 when she started working as a youth leader at the Grove.
After leaving Byker Grove, she went on to star as love interest Gemma in the hit film Purely Belter[2][3][4], followed by a cameo in School for Seduction[5] and returned to the screen in the 2014 British Horror film Bloodless.[6]
