An Exquisite Moment[edit]

An Exquisite Moment is the debut studio album by Emmy award-winning composer and recording artist, Joel Goodman.[1], alongside some of the most accomplished and creative names in jazz. Special guests Randy Brecker[2] (flugelhorn, trumpet), Brandee Younger[3] (harp), Lisa Fischer[4](vocals), John Patitucci[5](bass), and Philippe Saisse[6] (piano, vibes, marimba) join an A-team core group consisting of Donny McCaslin[7] (saxophones), Eric Harland[8] (drums), Adam Rogers[9] (guitar), Mino Cinélu[10] (percussion), Scott Colley[11](bass) and Goodman himself on keyboards and bass. The album will be released on June 23, 2023 by A64 Records and is his first release for the label. An Exquisite Moment has garnered outstanding press and reviews, including features on Paris-Move and Bayou Blue Radio[12], O's Place Jazz Magazine, Simply Jazz Talk[13], Occhi Entertainment Magazine[14], and Grateful Web[15]
