-Hello. I am Joel Lamour, known as Dr. Joe, a Haitian-American pastor, seminary professor, and author based in Oakland Park, Florida. I founded Fellowship Church in Broward County in 2003.
I joined Wikipedia to contribute to articles related to Haitian history, Haitian-American community life, Christian ministry, South Florida civic and community affairs, and Florida politics.
I am the author of many published books [1]on pastoral leadership, mental health, youth development, and Haitian history.
