Joel M. Albrizio is an American businessman. He operates photography licensing companies in Pawtucket, Rhode Island[1] and Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is the sole shareholder of Prepared Food Photos.

Early life and education[edit]

Albrizio was born in Worcester, Massachusetts in 1957.[2] He went to Shrewsbury High School from 1972 to 1975. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design from 1975 to 1978.

Career[edit]

Mr. Albrizio founded J.M. Albrizio Inc. in 1978, a communications company in 1992, Prepared Food Photos Inc. in 2016, and Bad-Adz Inc. in 2017.[3]

These two companies have now been merged into Bad-Adz Inc. & Prepared Food Photos Inc. Bad-Adz & Prepared Food Photos provide creative services and content to retail supermarkets and grocery wholesalers throughout the United States and Canada.

Albrizio served as the Board of Director Member at an adoption agency, Love The Children, from January 1983 until April 2000. He has been serving voluntarily at First Night Boston since December 1975. He has been a member of the Scholarship Committee at Rhode Island Food Dealers since June 2015.

Albrizio served as a pro-bono fundraiser for both the Worcester and Boston Dioceses for 20 years from the early 1980s until the year 2000.

Albrizio is married to Jennifer Albrizio. He is a father of seven children, Christopher, Ashley, Brendon, Anthony, Brittany, Jordan, Alexandra. He is also the grandfather of three children, Kaidance, Malia, Bella, and Ashton.

As a student in Boston, Albrizio was among the many artists who helped creating the original "First Night", which is now recognized as "First Night Boston 1975."
