Buckley won the 1982 Munster Singles Championships champion are beating by John Joe O'Shea of Ireland.
Buckley reached the last 32 on 1982 Winmau World Masters are beating by former Belgian Open champion in 1984 Ritchie Gardner, Scottish man Duncan Swift, losing to Welsh Open champion in 1980 Ceri Morgan of Wales.
Buckley left the WDF in 1984.
