John Guerrier De’Bey (born April 22, 1987), better known as Mr. De’Bey, is an American Record Producer and Entrepreneur, known for his marketing and promotion of Island Def Jam recording artists. He is recently noted for signing The Voice (U.S. season 5) contestants Matthew Schuler and Brandon Chase to After Eden Records.

Career

De’Bey's career began in marketing at Universal Music Group subsidiary Island Def Jam from 2004 to 2008. De’Bey is currently the VP and COO of After Eden Records, located in Santa Monica, California. After Eden Records was founded by himself, Jaco Booyens, Kara Jenkins and Shotta Bwoy. Their roster includes artists from NBC's The Voice, such as Matthew Schuler, Brandon Chase and Sylfronia King.
