John Destin (born August 17, 1986) is a former American football cornerback. He was signed by the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent in 2010. He played college football at Rock Valley College and the University of Tulsa.
Destin has also been a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Married college sweetheart Angela Destin on March 8, 2012, and now has two daughters.

Destin attended Royal Palm Beach High School in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
Professional career
Destin was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Buffalo Bills, but on August 23, 2010, he was cut. Destin was signed to the Jacksonville Jaguars' practice squad on September 6, 2010, but was released shortly thereafter. He was signed to the Indianapolis Colts' practice squad on November 12.
