John F. Gilligan

John F. Gilligan (born August 2, 1938) is a clinical psychologist and president emeritus of Fayette Companies and its seven subsidiaries: Human Service Center, White Oaks Companies of Illinois, Behavioral Health Advantages, Inc., BHA Poland Sp.z o.o., Human Service Center Foundation, Perry & Monroe Investment Co., and Advantage Enterprises, Inc.[President/CEO: 1979-2005; and 2012-2014].[1]. Dr. Gilligan currently serves on a number of Executive Boards for companies and organizations in Peoria, Illinois, including Quest Charter Academy[2] and UnityPoint Health [3]. Dr. Gilligan is a member of the Board of Governors at the Peoria-based Creve Coeur Club[4] and a clinical assistant professor with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine - Peoria.[5]
