Jokes Yanes
Jorge "Jokes" Yanes is a Cuban American filmmaker.
Early life[edit]
Yanes was born in Miami, Florida, December 9, 1975. He was first exposed to film-making in his early teens while attending a magnet school art program for disadvantaged youths. During his school years, he began to explore the discipline of writing screenplays.[1]
Career[edit]
In 2016, Yanes directed Toyed, a film centered on Miami's graffiti scene and rise of hip-hop in the early ’90s.[2]
In 2018, Yanes served as a writer on the web series "The MobKing".[3]
