Life
Jon Michail is the founder and Group CEO of Image Group International.[1] He specializes in personal branding and strategic business coaching. He is the only Australian to have won the prestigious International Image-Maker of the Year Award (U.S.A.)[2] and has also won the Hong Kong Bank Business Award for export services[3]. He is a former award-winning designer with Christian Dior[4] and the author of the bestselling book ‘Life Branding’[5]
Education
Jon Michail studied International Business Management at Monash University[6] and Media and Relations at RMIT University.
Work
Jon Michail has been in the image consulting business for the past 29 years, starting in 1989, when he founded Image Group International. He is an expert on personal branding, image consultation, reputation management, talent management and representation, and one-on-one coaching.[7] He has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world such as BHP Billiton, PwC, Qantas, Fosters, ANZ, NAB, Rio Tinto[8] to name a few. His past positions include sitting on the boards[9] of AFL Coaches Association (AFLCA), The African Think Tank (not-for-profit), The Whitelion Leadership Council (not-for-profit), The Life Education – Chairman’s Circle (not-for-profit) Ambassador – Asia Literacy (Australian Government not-for-profit initiative), Mentor – Youth in Philanthropy Program – Melbourne High School & Camberwell Grammar School (not-for-profit).
