Jonathan Adler Enterprises, LLC is an American limited liability company that designs and manufactures home furnishings.
The company was founded by Jonathan Adler after he left his day job to pursue pottery. By 1994, he had sold his first pottery collection to Barneys New York.[3] In 1997, Jonathan Adler Enterprises began working with a workshop in Peru, through the non-profit organization Aid to Artisans, to help produce the pottery.[4] The production has since expanded to include pillows, rugs, and throw blankets.[5]
Stores/Wholesalers[edit]
In 1998, Jonathan Adler Enterprises opened their first store in Soho, Manhattan.[6] There are currently 27 locations in the United States and two locations in the United Kingdom.[7] Their products are also available through many retailers and design showrooms around the world[8], including Neiman Marcus[9], Harrods[10], Saks Fifth Avenue[11], AllModern[12], Shopbop[13], Wayfair[14], Lane Crawford[15], and Coco Republic[16].
