Career[edit]
Chung Yee first competed for Mauritius at the 2015 FINA World Junior Swimming Championships in Singapore. In the 200 meter breaststroke, he finished 43rd with a time of 2:32.07.[1] He also swam the 100m breastroke with a time of 1:10.34, where he finished 52nd.[2]
In 2018, he took part at the 2018 Commonwealth Games[3] in Australia, where he finished 13rd in the 200 metre breaststroke in 2:22.71, 21st in the 100 metre breaststroke in 1:07.92, and with Mathieu Marquet, Bradley Vincent and Gregory Anodin finished 8th in the 4 × 100 metre medley relay.
He also competed at the 2018 African Swimming Championships. He represented Mauritius at the 2019 African Games in swimming. He finished 9th in the Men's 200 metres Breaststroke event, nearly missing a spot in the Final.[4]
He is also the Mauritian record holder in the 200 m breaststroke.
