Jonathan Borsch Dannenberg (* 16. March 2007 in Berlin) is a German actor.
Life[edit]
Jonathan Dannenberg was born on March 16, 2007, in Berlin, Germany. His mother Alexandra Borsch (actress) and his father Alexander Dannenberg (Producer) both work in the Film industry, so he was familiar with it from an early age. He's growing up together with his sister and his parents. Besides acting, he is also a tennis player. He currently attends a bilingual private school in Berlin and thus speaks English and German.
Career[edit]
Jonathan Dannenberg has been passionate about acting from an early age. He made his film debut with Justice - Verstrickt im Netz der Macht (2018), with actors such as Bruno Eyron, Caro Cult and Adrian Topol. In 2019, Jonathan Dannenberg played young Luca in Liebe ist unberechenbar (ARD), where he got to appear on screen with actors such as Tanja Wedhorn, Heino Ferch and Michael Gwisdek. Soon after, he embodied young Omar El-Saeidi in Matze, Kebab und Sauerkraut (2019). In 2021, Dannenberg starred in the Festival de Cannes-nominated film Evolution, directed by Kornel Mundruczó.
