Jonathan Dapra is an American leadership practitioner, university professor, executive officer, and business strategist. He is co-founder and current chief innovation officer of Alaric Inc.[1]
Education and career
Dapra received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned an MBA from the University of Baltimore. He did his Ph.D. in business administration from Argosy University.[2]
Dapra began his career at the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. He served as the President of AutoFX, a leading developer of digital effects and Photoshop plugins, and as the VP of New Product Development at Dynamic Graphics, where he oversaw the popular Step-By-Step Magazine. Additionally, Dapra founded and served as President of both Pandromeda (creators of MojoWorld) and Meta4 Interactive, companies specializing in fractal terrain and gaming middleware. Later in his career, Dapra joined The Early Start Fund, a venture capital firm focused on investing in early-stage technology startups.[2]
He works as an assistant professor of management at Plymouth State University since 2017.[3]

Accolades
