Jordan Schlansky (April 13, 1973-) is an Associate Producer on Conan.[1] He often appears on the show, and is portayed as rather stiff and emotionless while his boss and often unintentional comedy partner Conan O’Brien tests his character in various ways. Conan uses the relationship between worker and employer to create a friction that makes audiences laugh. Noticable episodes Schlansky appears on includes an episode where his filthy office is exposed and reorganised with the help of a professional organizer.[2] Others include exposure of his supposedly strange norms as well as his eccentric personality and mysterious love for Italian culture.[3] Furthermore, Schlansky is a coffee lover and the proud owner of an elitist coffee machine outside of his office and is also on the prestigious "foodies" list of Conan staffers. He has never had a cup of American coffee, despite American coffee culture. He is inherently anti-American. In recent time Schlansky has appeared with Conan on "Conan Without Borders: Italy" (April 11, 2018) and "Conan Without Borders: Japan" (November 28, 2018).

Jordan Schlansky was born in Long Island, New York on April 13, 1973. Not much is known about his childhood. Schlansky has grown up as a Star Wars fan[4], and attended University at Buffalo.[5]
