Jorge Emilio Branger Cid (born 9 October 1997) is a Venezuelan-born Spanish entrepreneur, digital marketing strategist, author, and content creator.

He is the co-founder and CEO of roompass, a digital platform that connects users with experts, founders, and content creators through personalised voice messages, video calls, and exclusive experiences. He is also the founder of Fluence Leaders, a corporate digital marketing agency specialised in LinkedIn, and the author of the bestselling book El Club del 1% (2022). In 2026, he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in the Media & Marketing category alongside his business partner Iván Barrasa, being the only two Spaniards on the list that year.[1][2]

Early life

Branger was born on 9 October 1997 in Venezuela.[3] He emigrated to Madrid, Spain, at the age of 11, where he grew up and later built his career.[3][4] At the age of 17, he was expelled from school for selling class notes to fellow students.[5]

During his late teens, Branger became involved in Madrid's nightlife industry, working as a club promoter from the age of 18. At 19, while organising an event, he suffered a panic attack that marked a turning point in his life. He subsequently changed his lifestyle entirely, adopting early rising habits, meditation, and a focus on personal and professional development.[3]

Career

Fluence Leaders

In 2016, Branger founded Fluence Spain (later rebranded as Fluence Leaders), a corporate digital marketing agency specialised in LinkedIn influencer marketing.[6] Co-founded alongside Jacobo Carmona, the agency grew to serve major clients including Vodafone, Banco Santander, Telefónica, Merlin Properties, NH Hotels, and BMW, establishing itself as one of the leading corporate LinkedIn marketing agencies in Spain.[7][8] In 2022, Fluence Leaders entered into a partnership with MyPublicInbox, a professional inbox platform co-led by Chema Alonso, then Chief Digital Officer at Telefónica.[7]

Flyt! Experience

In 2018, Branger co-founded Flyt! Experience, described as the first influencer experience production company in Spain. The platform connected brands with over 1,000 content creators, exchanging exclusive brand experiences for social media content, and generated tens of millions of impressions per month.[7]

The Start and other ventures

Branger subsequently expanded into real estate and lifestyle projects. He became Director of Brand at The Start, described in press coverage as one of the largest coliving spaces for entrepreneurs in Europe, located in Madrid.[9] He also co-founded Tie Boxing, a boxing event company targeting the business community,[7] and launched BUZ, a beverage brand.[8]

Content creation

Alongside his business activity, Branger built a significant presence as a content creator focused on entrepreneurship and digital marketing. LinkedIn named him a Top Voice in 2020, a designation he received as the youngest Spanish-speaking person to earn the recognition.[8][5] The American magazine Entrepreneur named him one of the ten greatest social media marketing geniuses of his time, and the publication Influencers listed him among the most influential people worldwide on LinkedIn.[10] By 2026, his combined following across platforms exceeded two million: over 250,000 on LinkedIn, over 800,000 on Instagram, and over 1.5 million on TikTok.[8]

Through a video podcast format, Branger conducted interviews with the founders and executives of some of the world's most prominent companies, including YouTube co-founder Steve Chen,[11] as well as founders and leaders of Glovo, Wallapop, Waze, Booking.com, Fever, Cabify, Idealista, Rappi, Coca-Cola, and El Corte Inglés, among many others.[7] He appeared regularly as a commentator on the Spanish television channel La Sexta,[12]

El Club del 1%

In October 2022, Branger published his first book, El Club del 1%: Los secretos, estrategias y lecciones de los mejores emprendedores (The 1% Club: The secrets, strategies and lessons of the best entrepreneurs), through Spanish publisher Profit Editorial. The book was based on five years of research and hundreds of private conversations with over 50 Spanish-speaking business leaders, including founders of Glovo, Wallapop, Fever, Idealista, Rappi, and Coca-Cola Iberia, among others.[10] The book became a bestseller and Branger was subsequently featured on the cover of the Spanish magazine Emprendedores.[10] He has given three TEDx talks.[7]

Los logros de Pedro Sánchez en España

In late 2025, Branger published a satirical book on Amazon titled Los logros de Pedro Sánchez en España (Edición extendida y actualizada) (The achievements of Pedro Sánchez in Spain, extended and updated edition), consisting of over 200 blank pages. The book reached the number one position in Amazon Spain's Politics category.[13][14][15] The work attracted widespread coverage across Spanish national media.[13][14]

Roompass

In 2025, Branger co-founded roompass alongside programmer Iván Barrasa. The company was conceived without initial funding or a formal office space, with the two founders working from a bar in central Madrid during the early months of development.[5] The platform connects users with experts, founders, and content creators through personalised voice notes, video calls, exclusive in-person experiences, and AI-powered digital clones.[5] Notable backers include Jamie King, co-founder of Rockstar Games.[5]

Recognition

In April 2026, Branger and Barrasa were named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in the Media & Marketing category, making them the only two Spaniards included on the 2026 list.[1][2]
