Joshua Hext (born 1994) is an English screenwriter, director and production designer of short films and adverts.
In late 2017, they wrote, directed and designed Quietus; a film exploring their struggles with anxiety, it was produced by Screen South and Resource Productions in conjunction with Arts Council England and Channel 4’s Random Acts scheme. [1] The film debuted at the Institute of Contemporary Arts [2] and was later screened at BFI Southbank.
