Joshua Ormond is an American born actor. Joshua was born in NJ and has lived there his entire life. Joshua ventured into the acting business with his older sister, Gabriella, at the age of 3. Joshua booked his first role (John) in the indie film Bittersweet at the age of 4 with director Greg Levins. Soon after, Joshua booked many regional and national commercials for companies like Georgia Pacific (and the Chronicles of Narnia), Swiffer, Ikea, Verizon Fios, Netflix, Castrol, HP, Exxon Mobil, Trident, and many more.
Acting career[edit]
At the age of 9, Joshua booked the lead role in the psychological thriller, The Fields, working alongside Oscar-winning actress, Cloris Leachman. Joshua received "Best Emerging Actor 2011" at the Terror Film Festival for his role as Steven in The Fields and the film received several other festival awards as well. In 2011, Joshua booked roles in the TV series Royal Pains the film Robot and Frank with Frank Langella and the role of Leonard in Nature Calls starring Patton Oswalt, Johnny Knoxville, Rob Riggle, the late Patrice O'Neal, and Kelly Coffield Park. In 2013, Joshua played the role of Little Joey in Let's Be Cops with director Luke Greenfield, for 20th Century Fox, with Jake Johnson and Damon Wayans, Jr.

Hobbies[edit]
Joshua loves to play basketball and baseball. He is a “south paw” pitcher, catcher, and also 1st and 2nd baseman. Joshua enjoys golf, football, skateboarding, bike riding, rollerblading, surfing, boogie boarding, soccer, snow skiing, ice skating, fishing, crabbing, motorcycle riding, marksmanship, skim boarding, crossfit and pretty much all outdoor sports. Joshua also enjoys video games. Some of Joshua's favorite actors are Tom Cruise, Will Ferrell, Charlie Hunnam and Seth Rogan.
School Life[edit]
Joshua is an Honor Roll student and works very hard to balance his education while pursuing his acting career. His favorite subject is math. He loves driving his sister, Gabby, crazy. Joshua plans on continuing his acting career into adulthood and plans to study law in college. His back-up plan is to be a prosecutor as Joshua is a very regimented rules person who would like the rest of the world to follow suit. Joshua strives to be very professional as an actor, despite his age. He is represented by Innovative Artists in LA and NY.
