Early life[edit]
Jourdana Phillips is an American model. Born in Co-op City, Bronx (New York) she lived there till age 6 then moved to Maplewood, New Jersey. She moved to Houston, Texas at 11 years old where she attended school and later graduated from Elkins High School. She moved to New York City after graduation and started modeling as offers poured in.
Education[edit]
While in New York she attended NYU to pursue her passion for teaching and graduated with a degree in Childhood Education in 2015.[2]
Modelling[edit]
In 2016 she signed with Supreme Management in New York as well as Women Management in Milan and Paris and Models 1 in London. She landed an exclusive with YSL closing their show for Paris Fashion Week and shooting their campaign. [3] She has featured in editorials for Vogue, Elle and Harper’s Bazaar among others and walked in shows for Balmain, Ralph Lauren, Emporio Armani, Elie Saab, Marc Jacobs, Cushnie, Topshop, Acne Studios, Tod’s, Yeezy and many more. [4] She has been a fixture at the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show since 2016 with her third stint in 2018.[5] [6]
