Journal of Geek Studies is a non-peer-reviewed, open-access and non-profit online magazine. It is published biannually (June and December) and the articles are made available online.[1]

Aim & scope[edit]

The Journal of Geek Studies publishes original contributions in English that combine Science and geek culture, in any amount of one or the other as long as both are present. Good practices of writing and citations of sources are encouraged by the magazine's editorial board. The magazine's goal is the popularization of Science, explained with a broader audience in mind.[2]
