Jukka Tirranen (born June 22nd, 1889) Was an officer in the Army of the Russian Empire and one of the Founding Figures of the Briefly Independent North ingria, From June 1920 - December 6, 1920, he served as the Chairman of the north ingrian government and was the last out of 4 chairmans.

In North Ingria[edit]
Jukka Tirranen, along with his brother miko were leaders of the local revolt, When the revolt broke out, Jukka was one of the key officers and held the rank of Ensign, Jukka Held the rank until July 24th, 1919, he returned under the rank of Lieutenant on February 12th, 1920, a Rank which he held until march 16th.
In June of the same year, Jukka became the chairman of the Provisional Committee of Northern Ingria, the last person to hold the post.
In Finland[edit]
Jukka Left for finland after the collapse of the republic, in 1921, he took part in the work of the Committee for Assistance to Ingermanlandia and the State Committee for Assistance to Refugees.
In 1942-44 he was in of organizing the evacuation of Ingermanland Finns to Finland from Klooga, Estonia.
In 1934-61 he was a board member of the Ingermanland Association, He Became the chairman of the same committee in 1959.
